Last verified: October 27, 2026 · 11 tracked projects · 22 tracked records

Overview

Texas Data Center Watch tracks 11 data center projects in Dallas County, including the STACK DFW02 campus on Belt Line Road in Lancaster. It is listed as Registered (TDLR).

State building registrations (TDLR TABS) list three two-story office and data center buildings:

  • DFW02A, 1000 E Beltline Rd: 360,028 sq ft, est. $79.7M; registered Jan. 30, 2025; start May 21, 2025, completion Mar. 1, 2027 (TDLR).
  • DFW02A-P2, 1100 E Beltline Rd: 360,044 sq ft, est. $202.2M; registered Dec. 17, 2025; start Jan. 30, 2026, completion Mar. 1, 2028 (TDLR).
  • DFW02B, 1130 E. Belt Line Rd: 360,044 sq ft, est. $540M; registered Oct. 5, 2026; start Mar. 1, 2027, completion Dec. 14, 2028 (TDLR).

The DFW02A filings carry STACK in their project names (owner SI DFW02A, LLC). The DFW02B filing doesn't name STACK; it lists owner SI DFW02CAMPUS LLC with the same Denver owner address, owner contact and design firm as the STACK-titled filings (TDLR DFW02B). STACK's own DFW02 campus brochure (2024) describes a 193-acre Lancaster campus with 312 MW of critical capacity, expandable to 504 MW, and its site plan labels a 54MW "DFW02B" building (STACK brochure). These are company figures. No official record Texas Data Center Watch has opened names SI DFW02CAMPUS LLC as a STACK entity, so the link between the DFW02B filing and STACK rests on the matching building name in STACK's brochure and the shared TDLR owner details.
