Information used to provide the service

We use subscription and order identifiers, your chosen plan and counties, payment status, your email address, and delivery records to manage access, send reports, prevent duplicate delivery, and handle support requests. Support messages may contain information you choose to provide. Public county records are used to prepare project summaries.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments and customer billing details. Payment card and bank details entered in Stripe checkout are handled by Stripe; this website does not store full card numbers. AgentMail delivers service emails and hosts the dedicated support inbox. Sites hosts the website and service database. We share the information necessary for these providers to perform those functions.

Retention and your requests

We retain information as needed for subscriptions, delivery, support, billing records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support@txdatacenterwatch.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your subscription information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for billing or other legal obligations. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it is separate from a deletion request.

We do not sell subscriber contact information. Service emails are sent for your subscription. Any separate marketing email will provide a way to unsubscribe.
