Subscription terms

Effective October 1, 2026. Texas Data Center Watch is an information service operated by Sugar Island, LLC.

Coverage and delivery

Subscriptions provide weekly email summaries of reviewed official records for the counties included in your plan. Check current coverage before subscribing. Availability depends on county publication practices and access to readable records. Coverage can be suspended when records cannot be reviewed. A week may have no new project findings; this does not establish that a county has no projects.

Reports distinguish recorded decisions from proposals and estimates. Approval prospects and earliest start dates are assessments only when supported by evidence. We identify uncertainty and link the source. The service does not guarantee project approval, construction dates, completeness, or investment outcomes.

Prices and renewals

Monthly prices before applicable tax: one county $5; five counties $19; ten counties $35; all available Texas counties $200. Plans renew automatically each month until canceled. Five- and ten-county plans require enough active counties to select. The statewide plan includes future covered counties without a price increase while that $200 subscription remains continuously active. It does not promise coverage of all 254 counties.

Any discount for adding counties will be separately disclosed before purchase. No county add-on discount is currently offered at checkout.

Cancellation and support

Cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. For billing errors, unavailable coverage, missed delivery, or refund requests, contact support@txdatacenterwatch.com so we can review and resolve the issue. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

For corrections, include the report title and source link. We will review the underlying record and correct confirmed errors.
